Return Policy

All products offered by McBride Made It are produced on demand and may include custom design elements as specified by the customer at the time of purchase. Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of these items, all sales are considered final. McBride Made It does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason other than an error on our part.

Customers are responsible for verifying all order details, including design selections, spellings, sizes, and specifications, prior to submitting their order. In the event that a product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a manufacturing or fulfillment error, the customer must notify McBride Made It within seven (7) business days of receipt. Upon review and verification, McBride Made It will, at its sole discretion, issue a replacement or other appropriate resolution.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Return Policy.

Refund Policy:


Eligibility for refunds: Refunds are only available to customers who receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to a manufacturing or fulfillment error by McBride Made It. Custom, made-to-order, and personalized products are otherwise ineligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Refund timeframe: Eligible refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) business days of receipt of the product. Requests received after this period cannot be accommodated.

Refund methods: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after McBride Made It reviews and verifies the claim. Store credit or replacement may be offered at the sole discretion of McBride Made It.

Return shipping: When a product is deemed eligible for return due to a verified error, McBride Made It will provide instructions for return shipping. Return shipping costs for verified claims will be covered by McBride Made It; otherwise, customers are responsible for all shipping expenses.

Product condition: To qualify for a refund, returned products must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Items that do not meet these requirements, or that have been altered, used, or customized based on incorrect information provided by the customer, are not eligible for refund or return.

Exceptions: Refunds, returns, and exchanges are not available for custom, made-to-order, or personalized products except in the case of error or defect on the part of McBride Made It. Digital products and items not suitable for return due to their nature (e.g., rapid deterioration, hygiene concerns) are also non-refundable.
